Did North Korea skip that part of Russian history about Imperialist Russia?

But, really, is Putin in control, or is Beijing having a shot at it?

Let’s be real, everyone’s spying on everyone else. No need to pretend otherwise. Some governments are just better at keeping it under wraps.
