I reckon it’d be grand to be fed up with politics, wouldn’t it? I mean, wouldn’t it be just lovely if we could get on with our lives instead of watching those elites splurge our cash?
No more fretting about the rich buying up our national treasures. What if we could defund these privately-owned public services in a way that actually benefits us?
Perhaps, instead of buying stuff back, we could have a government that starts departments to, you know, build houses, control the water, and manage energy? Not saying we should ban private services, but we could have state-owned ones funded by their own profits, a bit like good old Channel 4. Surprisingly, Thatcher’s lot had a decent idea there.
Let’s stop throwing cash at bailouts for private companies and make ’em sell their assets to the state when they can’t make a profit. The endgame? Reclaiming Britain’s assets from these foreign, non-dom, privately-owned, publicly-traded folks with dodgy leanings. Hopefully, that’s not you, eh?
Could the billionaires actually win this battle? Are they really willing to wreck the planet just to come out on top? Seems that way…
Am I creating a “project fear”? Well, we should be concerned. The folks leading most of us seem to be threatening all life on Earth.
How would you deal with a Prime Minister who’s keen on selling off rights to drill for oil in the North Sea? And what if I told you his missus has shares in a company called InfoSys, which deals with Russia? Plus, his family stands to make a pretty penny from North Sea oil.
Goodness me, I just want politics to be a tad less exciting. These numpties in charge are ruining things, and I’ve had enough of it!
