Trigger Warning: May inflame people suffering from gammon.
Across the pond, they’ve got Trump; over here in the UK, it seems we might be dealing with Truss. It’s a bit bonkers, really. Liz Truss seems to have her eyes on the Tory leadership again.
This rather misguided character, Truss, embodies a complete lack of self-awareness. Perhaps she’s self-aware, but that’s even worse!
Picture this: Truss sends the UK economy into a nosedive because some folks at Tufton Street told her to do so. Not because the people wanted it, but the Tufton Loons did.
They’re like what the Monster Raving Loony Party would be if they were loaded and had a penchant for sociopathy.
Now, are you a conservative type? If you don’t see yourself in that description, then you’re probably their target.
These folks are con artists, regardless of their gender or background. Tufton whispers and Truss takes the plunge.
Some believe in Occam’s razor, the idea that the simplest solution is best. But that itself requires some assumptions, so maybe it’s not the best approach.
Confucius can be a bit baffling, but his teachings have had an impact on government and society. Still, I’m a bit skeptical.
The next generation will likely face more challenges than we do, dealing with climate changes that could topple empires and despots.
The wealthy tend to follow a pattern: they panic and start wars when things get rough.
Remember, if you’re not the one holding the sword, you’re the one bowing under it.
It’s a logical conclusion to this endgame: the climate shifts dramatically, the powerful freak out, and the less astute follow suit.
When all is said and done, the ones left standing are the sane ones. They hold on to what’s true, and the law should be a reflection of that truth. If you need to invent a god, go ahead, but I’d suggest seeking the truth when you’re searching for one.
I dabbled in Christianity when I was young. I prayed to God, nothing happened; my nan passed away. I prayed to Jesus, something did change—I became a Buddhist.
Just enough Buddhism to avoid the lower realms, and by that, I don’t mean people’s nether regions.
I have no desire to end up in hell, be a frustrated ghost for eternity, or turn into an animal. Most of them don’t have a great time either.
But, as usual, I’ve gone off on a tangent… Liz Truss is Labour’s dream come true. She’d send the Tories crashing if they put her in charge… again.
For the love of all that’s holy, Sunak, please call an election. We can’t afford to let Truss win… LOL
I just realised Truss really is a Labour sleeper agent, trained by her socialist parents to infiltrate the Tories via a Liberal backdoor. No wonder Starmer and the rest are laughing themselves shitless.
