What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

I quite fancy a bit of exercise that gets the ol’ hips wiggling, you know, keeping ’em nice and limber, giving life a little zing.

I’m a fan when it does good things for the brain chemistry, you get that wild, primal motivation to keep you going.

And there’s nothing quite like having a workout partner to give you a nudge and push you to be a bit more, shall we say, spirited.

That’s the kind of exercise that leaves you in a right sweaty, knackered mess but with a big grin on your face.
